The insurance company finally took a look at Ben's car...it's totaled! Anyone know of a great car for sale?

My last accident was in my 4Runner too...a semi BACKED over my hood! Is it worth buying the car back from the insurance company and doing the work yourself? We've never gone this route personally, but have heard of friends who have and it has turned out pretty good for them...I suppose it all depends on the extent of the damage to the vehicle.
